Prior to taking on any project; it is extremely important to Thad Vaughn, the owner, to build a relationship of trust and honesty with his customers. He will communicate every step of the building process, explain all of the financial obligations and invoicing, and perform a home orientation at the finalization of the home.
Each home receives a one-year warranty for workmanship. Just because the home is finished, doesn’t mean your relationship with JT Custom Homes is over.

Thad Vaughn is the founder and owner of JT Custom Homes, LLC. Thad and his family started JT Custom Homes by building speculative homes and have progressed into quality custom homes and multi-family projects. Although skilled and confident in all types and styles of construction, our niche is the Northwest mountain cabin.
Thad manages the everyday operations for all of the employees, clients, sub-contractors and projects. He personally works with the clients to establish a budget and then provides them with a detailed breakdown of costs. He prides himself on being a working project manager. He enjoys the construction process and finds that he has a better relationship and better-built home when he puts his hand on each and every project.
